The Soltex Group of companies, headed by President Manish Kumar, acted as one of the key participants and partners of the II Russian-Indian Business Forum «TIME», which was held in Kazan from October 14 to 17, 2026 (business program days — October 15–16).

The TIME Forum in 2026 brought together representatives of business and government from Russia and India to strengthen interregional and economic ties. The event was attended by key structures of Tatarstan, other regions of Russia and international experts.

At the II Russian-Indian Business Forum «TIME» in Kazan, 26 strategic agreements were signed. The integrator of part of these agreements and the key link was the Soltex Group headed by the company’s president and Deputy Chairman of the Board of the FBA EAC Manish Kumar.

Agreements and technological alliance with JNK India

The Indian industrial giant JNK India Limited (one of the world leaders in the production of heating furnaces for oil refining and engineering) entered the Russian market and the markets of the EAEU countries precisely with the strategic assistance of Soltex Group.

Soltex Group acts as the organizer and key partner of JNK India in introducing Indian industrial equipment and engineering solutions into the Russian oil and gas, energy and heavy sectors.

On the sidelines of the forum in Kazan (as well as at the preparatory tracks of the FBA EAC with the participation of the Eurasian Economic Commission), Soltex Group and JNK held substantive negotiations with representatives of the Kazan State Power Engineering University (KSPEU) on personnel training, as well as with the largest players in the petrochemical cluster of Tatarstan and the EAEU. With the direct participation of the President of Soltex Group, negotiations were held between JNK India Ltd. and «PLK Group» (Tatarstan), which then signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the two companies on long-term cooperation (pictured).

In addition to oil and gas engineering with JNK, the agreements and arrangements of Soltex Group in Kazan covered the following areas:

• Industrial and investment sector: A partnership was secured with JSC «Khimgrad» (technopolis in Kazan) for the localization of joint Indian-Russian production facilities.
• Textile industry: Agreements were signed with the Association of Textile Workers of Russia and specialized universities (including Ivanovo State Polytechnic University) on a large-scale expansion of supplies of Indian fabrics and the opening of joint production lines.
• Digital infrastructure: Agreements were reached on the construction of joint independent data centers (DCs) and the export of IT solutions.

In total, more than 26 various agreements were signed on the sidelines of the forum between Russian and Indian companies and institutions.
