The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026) is the 29th annual summit, which is being held in St. Petersburg from June 3 to 6, 2026 at the ExpoForum Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Soltex Group at SPIEF’26 — Manish Kumar will speak as a panelist in the discussion «Asian Horizons of Small Business» (SME Forum) — the XI Russian Forum of Small and Medium Enterprises, dedicated to the support and development of small and medium-sized businesses and the development of international cooperation.

The SME Forum is an important annual event within the overall SPIEF agenda for discussing the current state of small and medium-sized businesses and measures to increase their role in the Russian economy. The forum venue annually brings together representatives of federal and regional legislative and executive authorities, heads of small and medium-sized companies, heads of state and public organizations that support small and medium-sized businesses, representatives of the banking sector, consulting and law firms. The main theme of the Forum will be international business cooperation.

Traditionally, the SME Forum is a landmark platform for discussing the current state of SMEs and the measures that need to be taken to strengthen their role in the Russian economy. During the business program of the SME Forum, the role of small and medium-sized businesses in the development of the economy will be discussed, business support tools, international cooperation, and ensuring companies’ access to financing will be considered, and specialized master classes will also be held.
